Having been pictured at the Newcastle game in 2024, the Happy Gilmore actor quickly became viral and was asked about his club allegiances since. Now, with his passion for the club being evident after first discovering the team following an invite from Todd Boehly, it’s fair to say that Adam Sandler is one of the funniest fans Chelsea have.
J.J. Watt
It might be hard to believe, but an NFL player fans used to back when looking at DraftKings NFL Monday odds who is now involved with Burnley is actually a Chelsea fan. While the former NFL defensive end also has a connection to the Clarets, J.J. Watt’s first love is and always will be Chelsea. Either way, Chelsea could make a hit comedy movie to cheer the fanbase up, with both actors earning starring roles. However, hopefully it won’t be necessary should the resurgence under Xabi Alonso continue, a development Will Ferrell himself is undoubtedly enjoying given his passionate support for the club. The Anchorman star has attended numerous matches; he’s shared his love for the club in interviews, and he was even made captain of the team in 2009 during a pre-season game in Pasadena. While some supporters on the list might not know who Gianfranco Zola is, Will Ferrell most definitely does.

While Will Ferrell has followed the club and the beautiful game in general for years now, Owen Wilson is a newcomer to the sport.
